Burger King
The international fast-food chain offers services at three points in the terminal as a sub-operation of BTA Catering Services. The first Burger King serves between 07:00-02:00 at the departure level, opposite of the “E” check-in desk before the passport control points. The second Burger King serves between 03:00-24:00 at the departure level, behind the THY Ticket sales offices after the “H” check-in desk before the passport control points. The third Burger King serves between 04:00-24:00 at the Food Court, which is located on the right hand side just after the passport control points.


Beer Port Bar
This place, located within the left hall just after the passport control points is decorated as an authentic British pub. You can relax and refresh yourself with snacks, salads and rich beverages just before take-off in the relaxing atmosphere of Beer Port Bar, which serves 24 hours.

Green Port Bar
The Greenport, located within the left hall just after the passport control points is an  a-la-carte café- bar which in accordance with its name is decorated in nature friendly concept.You can relax and refresh yourself with wide variety of food and beverages  in the relaxing atmosphere of The Greenport, which serves between 07:00-23:00 hours.

Basilico Restaurant and Bar
This is an ideal place for those who wish to have Italian fast food. Basilico Restaurant and Bar, where pastas cooked with special sauces and Pizzas cooked with rich ingredients are served with wine, is located at the Food Court, which is located on the right hand side just after the passport control points. Opening hours are from 07:00 until 23:00.


Ton Ton Dönerci
This place is a special choice for those who wish to taste Turkish döner and ayran before leaving Turkey. It is located at the Food Court, which is located on the right hand side just after the passport control points and is open from 08:30 until 22:30.


TonTon Pide Lahmacun
You can find all culinary delights of traditional Turkish cuisine, such as pide, lahmacun, stuffed meatballs, tantuni, casserole and mantı (Turkish ravioli). TonTon Pide Lahmacun is located at the Food Court, which is located on the right hand side just after the passport control points and is open from 07:00 until 22:30.


Divan Pub
The Divan Pub, a favourite brand of Turkish gourmets, offers a vast variety of delicious à la carte and open-buffet traditional culinary specialities. You can enjoy your meal at chic tables under palm trees. Divan Pub’s spacious serving area is located upstairs of the Food Court and is open from 07:00 until 22:30.

İstanbul Café, located opposite of the “B” check-in desk at the departure level, serves a wide variety of beverages and pastries, deserts and sandwiches for 24 hours. You can enjoy your snack in a unique atmosphere of Istanbul Café before passport control.


Gloria Jean’s Café
Gloria Jean’s Café where a wide selection of cakes and coffees covering 91 different tastes is offered can be found in three different points throughout the airport 24 hours. One of them is opposite of the “E” check-in desk at the departure level, another is within the Food Court which is located on the right hand side after the passport control points, and the last one is on the arrival level of the International Terminal. At Gloria Jean's Café, a famous coffee corner of the world, you can enjoy your time with a cheesecake and flavoured aromas of a latte.


Delights
Delights, at two different locations, offers traditional Turkish delights and pastries, ice creams and fresh fruit juices. Baklava with wallnuts or chocolate is just one of dessert options you can find here. Delights located within the Food Court which is located on the right hand side just after passport control points is open 24 hours, and Delights next to the flight gate 219 is open between 07:00 and 23:00.

Greenfields Sports Bar

Greenfields Sports Bar is located at the arrival level of the International Terminal. You can just sit and relax while enjoying your coffee after a long journey or enjoy your cold beer with your friends. Greenfields Sports Bar which is open between 07:00 and 02:00, offers wide variety of beverages and specialities. Greenfields Sports Bar is also a perfect place for watching sports games on plasma TV sets.

Gloria Jean’s Café
Gloria Jean’s Café where a wide selection of cakes and coffees covering 91 different tastes is offered can be found in three different points throughout the airport 24 hours. One of them is opposite of the “E” check-in desk at the departure level, another is within the Food Court which is located on the right hand side after the passport control points, and the last one is on the arrival level of the International Terminal. Kiosks
Kiosks are the last food and beverage sales points located next to the flight gates. Kiosks serve some snack alternatives just before the flight. They are usually open during the flight hours.

S. Ferragamo & Versace

As a corporate constantly developing shopping concepts, ATÜ has acquired two Italian brand names "Salvatore Ferragamo and Versace" which are both leaders in their own field in the world of fashion. These brands are available at the Departures Terminal of Atatürk International Airport.
Salvatore Ferragamo was born and raised in Italy and then moved to America where his brand became a favourite amongst celebrities. Versace has made its mark on a global platform as the world’s leading fashion design center.
The full product range (Scarfs, cravats, neckties, handbags, purses, shoes, jewelery, clothing) are available at our new store.

Bvlgari

Bvlgari, one of the world’s most prominent fashion brands recognised for its adventurous combination of precious stones processed with distinctively detailed designs, produced its first watch "Bvlgari-Bvlgari" in 1977. This watch, that is now defined as a classic, is the most selling model amongst its peers.
Following the creation of Bvlgari-Bvlgari, new designs were added to the brand’s collection of watches "Bvlgari Time" was established in the early 1980’s in Neuchetel / Switzerland to pursue its design and production activities of Bvlgari watches.
Jewelery, scarfs, eye glasses and leather articles were later added to its distinguished product range. All of the latest designs of Bvlgari are available at our new store.

Accordingly, the passengers can hand over their vehicles to experienced primeVALE valets, during their domestic and international flights, with an insurance to feel the privilege."

Millennium Lounge
This lounge serves only to the first and business class passengers of the contracted airlines and İş Bank credit card holders for 24 hours. The Millennium Lounge, where you can find wide variety of sandwiches, daily snacks, fresh fruit juices, alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages, offers fax, internet and phone services. You can take a rest in the Millennium Lounge while you are reading your papers and watching television.

HSBC Advantage Lounge
Snacks, cold and hot beverages are served by BTA Catering Services in this lounge to which only HSBC Advantage credit card holders are welcomed. It is open 24 hours.

THY CIP Lounge
Delicious beverages and snacks are served by BTA Catering Services in this lounge to which only THY first and business class passengers are welcomed. THY CIP Lounge which is open 24 hours, decorated with the traditional Turkish tiles, offers a quite and peaceful environment before take-off.

British Airways Terraces Lounge
In this lounge, which is open from 06:30 until 18:30, cold and hot beverages and snacks are served to business class passengers of British Airways, Iberia & Qatar Airlines by BTA Catering Services.

Prime Class Lounge
This lounge is open 24 hours and only those who are entitled to use Prime Class Lounge service facilities are welcomed. The food and beverage service is being operated by BTA Catering Services.

Other Services

LOST AND FOUND OFFICE
Ataturk Airport International Terminal Lost and Found Office aims at enabling the owners of items lost in the terminal and the car park to recover their belongings. Of the 10,545 found items, 8906 have been returned to their owners since May, 2004. It is a priority with a returned item ratio of 84.46%. The Lost and Found Office is located at the Departure Floor of the terminal.

Belongings may be claimed at the Lost & Found Office between 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL

'primeclass' lounge: It is a part of the TAV 'primeclass' CIP service, with world class comfort in a modern lounge, where guests feel special and privileged.

Turkish Airlines Lounge: Welcomes passengers flying with THY.

British Airways Lounge: Offers exquisite lounge services for British Airways passengers. 

Millennium Lounge: Offers world class services for the First Class and Business Class passengers of contracted airlines.

Advantage Lounge: Lounge service offered for Advantage Card holders.

Wings 'primeclass' International Lounge: Holders of various cards issued by Akbank as well as 'primeclass' passengers can enjoy all services offered in this lounge.

Garanti Zone Lounge: Holders of various cards issued by Garanti Bank can enjoy all services offered in this lounge.

DOMESTIC TERMINAL

Wings 'primeclass' Domestic Lounge: Holders of various cards issued by Akbank as well as 'primeclass' passengers can enjoy all services offered in this lounge."

CONFERENCE HALLS
There are 3 efficient conference halls for guests arriving in Turkey with a tight time schedule. One can use the fully equipped TAV conference halls without having to leave the terminal building. The Tepe Conference Hall, which has 70 seats can house a 132 person party and has 132 square meters of space for theatrical purposes. The Akfen Conference Hall has 200 seats and can host a cocktail party for 225 people with its 225 square meter area. The third hall is the F. Ergokmen Hall, which has 50 seats. This hall which covers and area of 93 square meters can host a party for 95 people.

LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICES
The luggage storage unit is located on the arrival floor of the terminal and is open round-the-clock. Passengers are charged a daily fee which is calculated after the collection of the luggage. The fees are as follows:
Big size package 15,00 TRY per day
Normal size luggage 12,00 TRY per day
Handbag 10,00 TRY per day
Small size package (plastic bag etc.) 8,00 TRY per day

There are 46 public telephones in the boarding gate area. There are another 8 in the Food Court.

There are 8 public telephones on the curb side of the departure floor. 4 of these phones are at exit gates.
ARRIVAL FLOOR ( Curb Side )
There are 2 phones here. 1 is on the side of the Information Desk while the other is behind the Florist.
ARRIVAL FLOOR ( Carousel Area )
There are 8 phones in this area. 4 of them are opposite carousel No. 7 and the other 4 are opposite carousel No. 4.

There are 6 ladies' rooms, 6 men's rooms, 6 toilets for the handicapped, 6 infant care rooms and 6 cleaning rooms.

There are 16 ladies' rooms, 16 men's rooms, 7 toilets for the handicapped, 10 cleaning rooms and 4 infant-care rooms.
ARRIVAL FLOOR (Curb Side)
There are 2 ladies' rooms, 2 men's rooms, 2 toilets for the handicapped, 2 infant care rooms and 2 cleaning rooms.
ARRIVAL FLOOR (Carousel Area)
There are 2 ladies' rooms, 2 men's rooms, 2 toilets for the handicapped, 2 infant care rooms and 2 cleaning rooms.
ARRIVAL FLOOR (Cleared Area)
There are 4 ladies' rooms, 4 men's rooms, 3 toilets for the handicapped and 3 cleaning rooms.

PORTER SERVICE
When passengers have more baggage than the amount they can carry on a trolley, they can ask for the help of a porter in the area of entrance gates on the Departure floor and in the area of baggage carousels on the Arrival floor.

VALLET SERVICE
Garanti Bank and Advantage Card-holders can take advantage of the 24 hour valet service by handing their vehicles over to the personel in front of the terminal building. Passangers can also pick their vechicles up at the same location on their return at an adventageous rate.

The photography shop on the departure floor of the terminal is available passengers' use. Passengers can buy photographic supplies, have their photo taken or print photography at this photograph shop.Open 24 hours.

SHOESHINERS
Passengers can have their shoes repaired and shined at the shoe shiners on the departure floor.

SOUVENIRS
Passengers can buy souvenirs of Turkey in the souvenir shops on the departure floor of the terminal.

NEWS STAND
All Turkish and foreign publications are on sale at the bookshop on the departure floor.

GROCERY
Packaged food and beverages, as well as gifts such as Turkish delights, are on sale in the market on the Departure Floor. Open: 24 hours.

FLORIST
"Florist Airport" is located in the Arrival Hall in the Ataturk Airport International Terminal for the convenience of passengers and visitors. The shop sells fresh flowers as well as dried ones, souvenirs and accessories. It is also a member of the international florists' network called " Inter Flowers ". Thanks to this florist, you can send a bouquet before you arrive or after you leave. Fresh flowers cost approximately 3-5 millions per bouquet while dry ones cost 5 to 10 million liras.

Pharmacy
The pharmacy in the Ataturk Airport International Terminal is Turkey's first and only airport pharmacy. It is located on the arrival floor and is open round-the-clock.

General Aviation Terminal

The terminal is at A14 apron on the north west of the Ataturk Airport, with a utilisation area of 2300 square meters. At the terminal, all means for passenger comfort is available, and there are two separate halls for domestic and international terminals.
 
The operations that fly with aircraft smaller than conventional passenger airplanes, with 'General Aviation' or 'Air Taxi' licenses may use this terminal.
At the terminal, passengers may carry out security, customs and passport procedures without having to wait. The privileges offered by the terminal allow time savings for the passengers when they fly with their jets to their destinations.
 
The waiting hall has been designed especially with priority placed in comfort and quality; and our guests are welcomed in this serene atmosphere, away from the crowd and noise. Furthermore, our guests may continue working with the wireless Internet network, or may enjoy the buffet selection served by the service staff, while watching TV.

This terminal is the special privilege stop of the Ataturk Airport, the entry of several world-famous people, in the field of economy, business, culture and sports, among others, to Turkey." Istanbul General Aviation Terminal Operator TAV is proud to welcome you with the Turkish traditions while you use the terminal…Furthermore, there is a meeting hall at the terminal. Guests may utilise the meeting hall if they need to hold meetings, before or after their flights.

Parking

Parking

On the International Terminal side of the parking lot, there are two payment points at the Red Parking Lot and one (IT Office) payment point at the Yellow Parking Lot at the 5th level; 12 automatic payment points; and also one automatic payment point and one manual payment point at the side facing the Domestic Terminal; and also two cashier payment points at the exit of the parking lot, as well as six automatic exits.

2.5 by 5 meter parking spaces are designed in parallel rows which are orthogonal to the columns. One-way passages between the parking rows are 7.5 meters wide while the main passages perpendicular to the parking spaces are 7.5 meters wide.

The three vertical flow centres situated at the southern end of the parking lot comprise a lift, a staircase and a toilet and connect all the floors of the parking lot to one another as well as connecting them to all the floors of the terminal. The two pedestrian ramps between the vertical centres are for passengers with luggage trolleys. Should one wish to have his/her car parked; there is also valet service available at the entrance.

* For car park subscription, you would either register at the 2nd and 4th floors of the red car park from the paying desks with the ticket you receive at the entrance or you can subscribe at car park IT center in 5th floor of the yellow car park.
