driving from Ardesen to Yusufeli

Dear all !
i plan to drive from Ardesen to Yusufeli via Hopa - Artvin -and D950 ROAD to Yysufely . (it is a famelly vication).
As i understand ther are time the road is cloased because the dam construction !!!
How can i know the opening and closing times of the road ???

As far as the information, if they close the road there is an alternative road is open and they will direct you to that road...

and they are not closing more than 2 hours...
